Do Awards Really Matter?
If you’re a bit skeptical about awards such as these, it’s understandable. Many product awards are bought and paid for by the vendors involved. However, the G2 awards are different as they represent the voice of the customer. Think of G2 as the Yelp for software. G2 collects — and verifies — software reviews from actual users. In fact, the platform has more than 1 million reviews on its site, with more than 1,200 for Sage Intacct. G2 is wholly independent and uses an algorithm based on substantiated customer reviews, satisfaction ratings, and market presence to score each company.
Sage actively encourages its customers to contribute their reviews, as honest feedback helps the company gain a deeper understanding of their customers in order to better meet their needs and expectations. If you haven’t contributed a review of Sage Intacct yet, jump over to G2.com and do it. You won’t get paid and you won’t get free stuff for doing it — and that’s why it counts.
Only Part of the Picture
If you’ve met anyone at BT Partners, you know that we believe it takes more than award-winning business management solutions to make your implementation successful. It takes a skilled, experienced, and committed partner who understands your industry and knows how to optimize the software to deliver the vendor-promised return on investment. Awards and recognition are simple indicators that the software and the partner are doing things right over the long term. Doing things right is the way we all win, awards or not.
