“We’re a lean operation and are always looking for ways to use technology to help us do more with less,” says Brian Peura, VP of Finance, Payroll, HR, and Compliance for BroadPath. “We were using QuickBooks, but it didn’t support the extended functionality we wanted to incorporate in our operations. The Solution

BT Partners led the implementation of a modern cloud financial management platform and provided ongoing consulting to optimize business processes. Key enhancements included automation of accounts payable, payroll integration, banking interfaces, budgeting and planning tools, and robust reporting. BT Partners guided the configuration and expansion of the system to support BroadPath’s multi-tenant environment and distributed operations.
